    Watermelon Salad #481832

    by Lorraine of AZ

    posted on June 29, 2012

I first heard of watermelon salad from a friend who spent some time in Australia. THen I found this very simple, but very yummy recipe and tried ir for myself. I hope you'll try it for yourself, too, if you already haven't. This salad is very refreshing ; the sweetness of the watermelon is offset by the tanginess of the arugula and the goat cheese.
