This is a great easy dip. Serve with warm pumpernickel bread, my ale biscuits, apple or pear slices, or some whole grain crackers. Make it ahead and refrigerate for a couple of hours before serving. Not just for an appetizer, spread on some whole grain bread with some fresh tomatoes and fresh onions or with some roast beef for a grilled sandwich that is really good and unique.
