    Kittencal's Spicy Coconut Shrimp #396325

    by Kittencalskitchen

    posted on October 26, 2009

Plan ahead the shrimp needs to be refrigerated for at least 2 hours or up to 24 hours before frying, make this as spicy as you like by adjusting the cayenne pepper, prep time does not include refrigeration time --- NOTE if you are serving the shrimp at a party you may completely prepare the shrimp up to 24 hours in advance and refrigerate until ready to fry and serve --- and for a low-fat option see my recipe#176403
