These are a delicious, smokey and spicy vegan treat! Adapted from the Weight Watchers website. The only change I made was to spray the raw florets with a little cooking spray as well, just to get the spices to stick a little better. AND I increased to roasting time to 15-20 minutes, instead of just 10. These are a nice accompaniment to an Indian inspired meal, or a curry. Weight Watchers indicated that this recipe was 8 servings, but I am a hard core veggie fan, so for me, this would be about 4!
