This is a really creamy, very banana flavored cheesecake. Like a popular cheesecake restaurant's. I am giving suggestions to make it better for diabetics and for gluten intolerant diets. I make it either with no crust or with a gluten-free cookie as substitute for the crust. I use all Splenda as a sugar substitute.
