    Easy Microwave Peanut Brittle #273177

    by KadesMom

    posted on December 20, 2007

The easiest way to make delicious Peanut Brittle w/out using a candy thermometer! I use a glass bowl since this gets very hot. Spreading on wax paper really helps for easy clean-up. After its cooled down, break into pieces with your hands or with a knife. It won't cover the entire cookie sheet. If peanuts seem to be burning as happened with one review, try cooking on medium heat. I've never had a problem. So good and easy!
