    This is a great one dish meal if you have a dish to cook in that is both stove-top and oven proof. It might seem like a lot of liquid but the barley soaks it up really well. This is very filling so you don't really need to do any sides with this if you don't want to. I haven't tried it in a crock pot yet but imagine this would be great done in it providing you have one large enough to hold all the liquid.
