    This is not an "Asian" roll, but rather the typical shrimp roll or crab roll that you would find on the east coast. I just love it, quick and easy! COOKS NOTES: Cornichons are small pickled cucumbers.Grill the shrimp no more than 2 minutes per side or they'll be tough! Split-top hot dog rolls are easier to stuff.
