    Alton Brown's Fried Chicken #101957

    by Troop Angel

    posted on October 14, 2004

This is from Alton Brown of "Good Eats". It is the only fried chicken recipe I have ever used and is virtually foolproof!! I could never make fried chicken till I tried this and it turns out perfect every time! Sometimes I will add some Tabasco sauce to the buttermilk for a spicier taste - I learned that from Emeril! ;)Time does not include refrigeration time.
