Made it GLUTEN FREE and it was AMAZING! I didn't realize that I was out of flour until I was halfway through so instead of 1 1/2 cups of flour, I used 1 cup of rice flour and 1 cup of almond flour and added extra banana for moisture. My picky af kids said that they only want me to make this banana bread the exact same way from now on. So if you need to, this will work out gluten free and still be delicious. I followed all other ingredients exactly.
