In step 3, I’m confused, it says “until day and have turned reddish brown”, what does it mean by day or was that a typo?
Brilliant! Now why didn't I think of this? We were already fond of beef, vegetable and barley soup, but maybe it was getting a little boring, not to mention the challenge of getting the beef tenderness just right, and besides, who doesn't have a problem finishing the meat loaf -- so, this was perfect, easy, tasty, .... Thanks much!
