This recipe is from my roommate in college. She was from Hawaii and of Japanese descent. This beef and broccoli is in the Japanese style, dark and flavorful with just the lightest coating of slightly sticky sauce. My children love this, they call them "egg rolls". Sometimes I add carrots, or some other sauces. added on 11/17- the serving size is for 2 lumpias each. One package of eggroll wrappers(20) should be about right for the amount of ingredients listed.
