This recipe is wonderful. Easy to make. My kids who do not like zucchini ate it all and refused to believe that's what it was.
I love zucchini and sausage together. They complement each other very well. This is a wonderful dish! My kids ate it not realizing it was zucchini. We actually prefer this to using lasagna noodles.
I made the zucchini chips for something different. Then I found that you can make kale chips the same way. They are excellent! I had to give measurements, but adjust the salt and parmesan cheese according to taste.
A friend of mine gave me this recipe. It is so wonderful and no one but you will know it's zucchini. It tastes just like apple crisp.

These bars are so good. If you don't have butterscotch chips you can substitute some other chips or make an oatmeal crumb topping. They are also good served warm with a scoop of ice cream.

Another pumpkin recipe! At first I didn't want to make it because it looked like it had too many ingredients and too many instructions. Once I started making it, it was very easy.
Extremely good. The first time I made this the crust came out soggy. The second time I made this I put it directly into the fridge after it came out of the oven and the crust came out very good.
This is so incredibly good! Time includes 30 minutes to soften ice cream and 2 hrs to freeze until firm.
