This recipe was adapted from Chef Revsin of Driscoll Strawberry Associates, Inc. You can find the lavender flowers in the herb sections of the supermarket. Or try 2 to 3 whole cardamom seeds in place of the lavender-lovely!

    Recipe #122330

Recipe adapted from Helen Evans Browns "West Coast Cookbook".

    Recipe #121936

I found this in Southern Living (March 2004). A pretty, and tasty punch! Cook time is steeping time.

    Recipe #120684

From Southern Living Magazine(May 2004), these dainties are scrumdidlyumptious!

    Recipe #120456

These are my shrimp egg rolls. They might not be the most traditional egg roll, but this is the way I enjoy making them. Recipe can be doubled easily. They can be made with other meats, or without meat at all!

    Recipe #66138

This is a tough recipe to actually write down! If there is leftover pork, chicken, lamb, beef, anything, it can be put in as a filling. The only things you really need are soy sauce, egg roll wrappers and some type of oil for deep-fat frying. What follows is what I used on 2-20-2005 for the ones pictured in the recipe photos.

    Recipe #112268

These baked egg rolls are lower in fat with the same taste as the fried ones.

    Recipe #21521

I love egg rolls and these are vegetarian and low fat!

    Recipe #54630

I couldn't reallly find an egg roll recipe on here that i liked, maybe i didn't search hard enough. But I've been tinkering with different ingredients and this is what i like! Not too chock full of veggies like the one's at the restaraunts!

    Recipe #133894

Another selection for the 2005 World Tour. A simple and lovely dessert from West Africa.

    Recipe #134996

This is easy and good. Posted for Zaar World Tour. From FoodNetwork.com

    Recipe #138649

I found this recipe in a magazine. I love the buttermilk pies, so I decided to share this one.

In Morocco, tea is served very sweet. Decrease the amount of sugar to your liking. Tea is served in glasses.

    Recipe #83186

5 minutes is all it takes to make this creamy, smooth and yummy bean dip. It is similar to a hummus but different enough to be called MINE and ALL GONE! lol I found this recipe years ago on the Kraft website I think and changed it up to make it my own. Those who turn their nose up at it but then later try it become hooked instantly. Great with Pita crisps or veggies. Update: Changed the amount of salad dressing listed to 1/2 to 1 cup. Originally posted as 1 cup but some reviewers felt that was too much. Please start with 1/2 cup and add more to your taste.

    Recipe #141369

From Light and Tasty Jan 2003. Quick and easy appy with tons of flavr. Posted for World Tour 2005.

This is a South African recipe, easy and delicious.

    Recipe #141207

A very simple to make salad from Ghana with really complex flavors. Make it as spicy as you like by using hot instead of sweet paprika and upping the cayenne.

    Recipe #141780

I have not tried this recipe as yet. I saw it in the newspaper and decided to post it here.I have finaly got down to trying this recipe and I have to agree with the other reviwers these wedges are rather bland as is. I have amended the quanities of the spices.

    Recipe #133646

Middle Eastern Lemonade is something I've often drunk - and loved - in Middle Eastern restaurants, but this is the first recipe for it I've come across. The lemonade I've been served in Middle Eastern restaurants - and this recipe - are NOT at all sweet, which is actually exactly how I like it (!) so I've left the recipe as I found it in Christine Osborne's 'Middle Eastern Food and Drink', but where the recipe lists among the ingredients "sugar syrup to taste", I'm adding the alternative "or sugar to taste"! I'm posting this for the 2005 Zaar World Tour. For orange blossom water, look in Indian, Greek or Lebanese grocery stores. I haven't made this recipe yet, but I'd be inclined to make it with a mix of limes and lemons. I'm posting it for the 2005 Zaar World Tour.

    Recipe #141382

One glance at the ingredients for this recipe and I knew it was, for me, a must-try recipe. I also loved the inclusion of time for marinating the chicken. Marinating always makes SUCH a difference to the end result. I'll be making this without the red chilli, but I'm well aware that many others will probably want to increase the heat. C'est la vie! I'd also prefer to serve it with a rice dish rather than couscous. I found this recipe in the latest edition - May 2005 - of the 'Australian Good Taste' magazine.
