A snappy and easy topper for burgers, fish, sandwiches, spreads or add into pasta salads! All it takes is 1/4 cup mayo and 5 minutes prep time! Adapted from B, H & G magazine(2005)

    Recipe #454233

I'm always looking for a good salad dressing recipe, and this is good! A great way to use that abundant harvest of cucumbers from the garden. Great over greens and tomatoes.

    Recipe #121461

    Recipe #300053

This is from chef Sheri Clark of Dish restaurant in Atlanta, Georgia via Southern Living magazine. Savory, crunchy puffs of corn, these are irresistible! The herb flavored oil needs to steep 48 hrs., so make a few days before you make the popcorn. Use the leftover herb flavored oil in salad dressings, marinades, sauces, or as a condiment with French bread. I have also put in a variation for Asian popcorn.

    Recipe #459313

Easy, beautiful, delicious! Adapted from Better Homes & Gardens.

    Recipe #159862

This is best when made several days before eaten. Put on top of salad greens, or on mixed with hot rice. You may use canned chick peas for this. I got this from an old notebook which I had written recipes in a long time ago. I suspect it comes from Moosewood cookbook. Prep time does not include cooking of chickpeas.

    Recipe #196899

This keeps for a long time and you don't have to refrigerate it! A natural for chicken or veal, fish, etc.

    Recipe #75370

A quick, satisfying vegetarian lunch (vegan if you use cheese-free pesto). Katie says, "It’s all of my favorite things sandwiched between two slices of whole wheat bread: buttery avocado, roasted red pepper, as much of my favorite Greek salad ingredients as I could fit, a splash of balsamic vinegar and rich basil pesto. It wouldn’t be the same in any other form; sandwich is the way to go".

    Recipe #493042

Developed for the RSC#7 contest, this is easy and the taste is flavorful! This also makes a great dip or sauce to serve over vegs., etc.

    Recipe #132033

This dish is all about the tomatoes! "Heirloom" refers to certain cultivars that have been nurtured and preserved for generations, and any varity will do for this dish. The capers add a nice crispy, crunchy, savory element. Adapted from The Conscious Cook by Tall Ronnen.

    Recipe #427428

Fix this with your barbecued meat and you have a great meal, straight from the grill. This goes great with Grilled Mediterranean Cornish Hens. From Woman's Day magazine, 1999.

    Recipe #163706

This is an easy delicious recipe adapted from Semi-Homemade Cooking with Sandra Lee. Great for parties, or hanging out!

    Recipe #275175

I found this treasure in Better Homes & Gardens magazine. Fig season is short, making them a precious commodity. Goat cheese adds a little something to the already wonderful fig!

    Recipe #150568

This is happy food, friends. Fresh, crunchy, flavourful, and filling without being heavy, this Greek inspired salsa is full of cucumbers, fire roasted peppers, red onions, garlic stuffed kalamata olives, crumbled feta, lemon and chopped parsley. Dip with pita chips or serve as a salad alongside grilled meat or fish. Opa! I know those garlic stuffed kalamatas can be hard to find, so if you can't lay your hands on them, simply use an equal amount of pitted kalamatas and add a large clove of garlic, peeled and minced, to the recipe. From Foodie with Family.

    Recipe #504108

The lemon and herb dressing perfectly polishes this 6 ingredient salad!

    Recipe #48457

This is the perfect blend of fresh summer vegetables, with yummy feta cheese, and a great and simple dressing. Adapted from BH&G magazine. Submitted by CKeeter.
