This is best when made several days before eaten. Put on top of salad greens, or on mixed with hot rice. You may use canned chick peas for this. I got this from an old notebook which I had written recipes in a long time ago. I suspect it comes from Moosewood cookbook. Prep time does not include cooking of chickpeas.

Don't let the simpleness of this recipe fool you, it is so good you'll want to lick the pan. I do! Taught to me by a 96 year old friend, and has become one of my favorite vegetables! I used to think green beans, ho hum, but not with this recipe!
Fettucini, with sun dried tomatoes and feta cheese! If you like, you can substitute another cheese for the feta and make it a whole other dish! Or add chicken or beef for meat eaters. Adapted from BH&G magazine.
