Turn canned salmon into a real tasty treat! Eating Salmon doesn't have to be expensive (Canned Salmon is about 75% less than market fresh!)! This recipe not only stretches Salmon, but makes a nutritious and filling main course! Just remember to be very careful with the salt or other seasonings/spices, it/they can over power the taste of Salmon! You want a balanced Salmon and green onion flavor with any seasoning as an accent. Be careful to not over mix, as you will lose texture of the fish itself.

Whenever we get back to the Boston area, it's a priority to to have a meal at Legal Seafoods. I recently "re-discovered" this recipe buried in old newspaper clippings. I had tried to recreate it in the past but now know I was missing the most important ingredient - buttermilk. I made it again after posting the recipe so I have edited the original description. It's even better than I remembered, you might want to try just a dash (or more) of cayenne pepper. It's delightful !

A variation of prawns in white wine sauce. Decided to experiment with leftover vodka from a Xmas party, and they were gobbled up pretty soon enough!

    Recipe #287004

Based on a recipe from Ken Hom’s Quick & Easy Chinese Cooking. Ken says, “Most of the work in this recipe may be done well in advance; the actual cooking takes but 5 minutes and the shellfish emerge from under the grill redolent of cilantro and tangy ginger, an ideal appetizer for guests.” They can be cooked on the grill or in the broiler. They make an elegant cold buffet dish, or a quick and easy lunch. Quantities are easily scalable. I think these are great and very pretty!

This is my very own creation, I whipped this up one day quite by accident. I call this Joshua's favorite Tilapia, because my husband (like me) could eat this 7 nights a week if we could. This is the easiest way to cook Tilapia, and if you are watching those calories then you need not worry this is extremely low fat, oh and did I mention TO DIE FOR !!! This recipe is SIMPLE with FEW ingredients, but has the potential to add what ever you want. I like it AS IS !

I don't know if any of you have friends that won't eat 'raw' fish but I've conformed a bunch of my leary friends after they had this extremely rare tuna which was described by them more like a steak. Lots of oooos and ahhhhs. I like to add Asian Seasoning in the sauce also from the Pampered Chef line. Very Good and do not over cook the tuna, should be rare. I usually serve this as an appetizer but would make a great meal too!

A good friend of mine gave me this recipe. It's really yum. And easy too. The oil in the recipe helps so it won't stick on the grill. Cooking time includes marinating time of one hour. You may marinate longer if you wish.

    Recipe #164486

This is an EXCELLENT and easy tuna recipe. It's perfect for grilling on those warm summer nights.

Cooking fish on wooden planks is a native tradition. Use untreated cedar that you can buy at the local lumberyard or hardware store. You can usually use them a few times if they are not too badly charred.

    Recipe #123504

After a long week of my business traveling, my wonderful retired husband (now past---God rest his soul) would pick me up at the airport and fix this delicious dish, while toasting the coming weekend with the extra champagne. This is wonderful!

I have to put this recipe somewhere before it gets thrown away!! It was in the paper as a "Quick Meal". I just love tilapia!! Feel free to add more garlic or ginger to this sauce....the more the merrier, right?

    Recipe #192282

This is an quick and easy scallops recipe. Make sure to use "dry" sea scallops (the ones without any water added). Simple and delicious.

If you have ever been to the Maryland area or once lived there you would know how AWESOME the seafood is! This recipe will not disappoint you! It was handed down to me from my Mommom, who has lived in Delaware ( Maryland's Neighbor) her entire life. Please try it and I hope you enjoy it as much as I have over the years!

    Recipe #8696

Our catering company's signature appetizer. We served more crab dip than any other item. Absolutely delicious, and you will keep coming back for more.

    Recipe #197561

A friend of mine made this at last year's 4th of July celebration, and after much begging and groveling, shared this super-easy, fun, and VERY yummy recipe, which you can easily double or triple for a big crowd! The cold left-overs (if any) the next day are FABULOUS! TRY THIS WITH CHICKEN!! Grill 4 Chx breasts 4-5 min ea side, then finish in 350 degree oven in covered pan with butter & olive oil for +/-20 min. OH! MAGNIFICENT (great sandwiches w/tomato, cream cheese, and avocado).

I got this recipe from a friend in my recipe club. It was such a hit with my family that I served it for company with rave reviews. My usually finicky son could not get enough of it. Everyone wanted the recipe and there were no leftovers.

From Weight Watchers Magazine, Sept./Oct. 2004. This is only 3 points per serving and this recipe makes 4 servings.

    Recipe #130269

Recipe is originally from the Food Network courtesy of Rachael Ray, but I tweaked it to fit our tastes. Very quick & easy shrimp recipe that's done on the stovetop. If your tastes desire spicy & garlic, then this recipe is just for you.
