I could kiss Bobby Flay for coming up with this dessert recipe. I love the combination of blueberries and lemon. Trump that with a carmelized blueberry topping over a yummy white chocolate and coconut-flavored cake!
Now you're talkin'! *Make sure to read through the recipe so you can have some ingredients at room temperature*
For Zaar World Tour 5. This is for the Australia/New Zealand region and comes from the Avon International cookbook. I have made this recipe numerous pies and one of my other recipes has been inspired from this recipe. There is barely any cooking involved, but there are several hours of chill time which will be used as cooking time.
This is the most wonderful Strawberry Pie without a box of jello or tons of cornstarch. The filling is cooked on the stove.Which gives the depth of flavor one expects from this lucious fruit. It recently was in "Cook's Country" Publication.
This is a really nice dessert that is easy to make. I have made it like a pie but my favorite wasy is to make it in tart shells so each person can have there own. I have made this for several parties and it is always a hit. The basis of the recipe came from a Pillsbury pamplet.
