This chicken tastes so great that it is great to have for dinner even when you're not on a diet.

    Recipe #185342

The Italians have a way of grilling small baby chickens bathed in olive oil, garlic and chillies. They call it The Devil’s Chicken (Pollo A Diabolo) because it is spicy hot and quite delicious. This recipe is a lower fat version baked in the oven. 2.5pts per serving, from weight watchers. Serve with a green salad and some small boiled potatoes or cooked pasta dressed with parsley and a little chopped garlic.

    Recipe #346357

Found this recipe on a weight loss community board somewhere. I have it saved on my computer to try over the holidays. In the meantime, I thought others would want to try it as well.

    Recipe #146882

Hello Vegetarians...here's a crock pot recipe for you. I love ratatouille because it's so versatile and can be used to make a killer pizza, great on pasta or as part of a casserole with chicken and cheese, or how about ratatouille lasagna? I guess I'd better stop brainstorming and write down these recipes to post too!

    Recipe #52757

My own creation that has been in the making for years. A full and hearty dish the blows the chill of fall or winter away. Pair this with white or brown rice for a nutrtionally balanced meal. Where's the beef? Who knows and you won't care.

    Recipe #103971

This is so good!! It is out of a WW cookbook called "Simple & Classic Homecooking". Has only 1 Point per serving. Yukon gold potatoes give this dish a wonderful buttery flavor. Sprinkle 1/4 cup shredded reduced-fat sharp Cheddar cheese over the potaotes for a delicious cheesy flavor option. Hope you enjoy! Edit 5/24/07 This worked great on the grill. Place all the ingredients on heavy duty foil, seal and cooked about 30 minutes.

    Recipe #313722

These don't taste like it, but they're actually not a sin to eat! 1 points plus per cup for all you WW junkies!

    Recipe #245649

This is out of my Weight Watchers cookbook called "Best of Weight Watchers Magazine" DH rated this excellent the last time I prepared it. It has 4 points per serving. (3oz meat with 2 tbls sauce) Use any leftovers for pulled pork sandwiches. Just thinly slice or chop the pork and combine with the leftover sauce in a small saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring often, just until the meat is hot, and serve on soft sandwich rolls with sweet gherkin pickles on the side. This rub works great on chicken, beef and catfish.

This is another one of those recipes that I have had floating around for a while, and need to put on here for safe keeping! This is a simple and relatively quick dish to make. Real garlic lovers feel free to add more garlic!!!

    Recipe #288697

from Hungry Girl. So much healthier than commercial boneless buffalo wings! 3 ww points per 4 oz serving. I often make the full recipe for myself for a very satisfying 6 point lunch (or over salad greens with 2T ff ranch for an even more satisfying 7 point lunch!) YUM! TIP: Spray your baking sheet REALLY well to avoid losing any of your breading when flipping the wings.

    Recipe #281162

I really enjoy this one. It tastes very indulgent and not at all "diet-y." Both of my kids love to eat the panna cotta plain right out of the ramekins. Personally, I definitely recommend the sauce. The panna cotta itself is quite sweet and the tartness of the sauce is perfect with it. I've found that you can halve the sauce recipe and still have plenty. I've actually taken to making the full amount of sauce and just using the excess on other things. Either way... this has become a favorite here. Recipe from the ww website. 4 points per serving.

    Recipe #282737

The finishing touch to our Easter meal, 2008. From the WW website, 4 points per serving.

    Recipe #294145

from the WW website. 3 points per serving.

    Recipe #294143

I love warm bacon dressing, so I was happy to find a ww version. Just 1 point per serving. From the WW web site.

    Recipe #294006

This is a very tasty version of General Tso's chicken. If you are following Weight Watchers Core, the cornstarch is less than a half point per serving. On Flex, this is about 6 points per serving.

Recipe source: WW Magazine (May 2007) If following the WW Flex plan this is 8 points with each serving being 1 fish fillet, 1 cup of potatoes and 1 1/2 tablespoons tartar sauce.Just add a simple tossed salad for a complete low-point meal.
