    Ww Italian Spicy Chicken
    Handle

The Italians have a way of grilling small baby chickens bathed in olive oil, garlic and chillies. They call it The Devil’s Chicken (Pollo A Diabolo) because it is spicy hot and quite delicious. This recipe is a lower fat version baked in the oven. 2.5pts per serving, from weight watchers. Serve with a green salad and some small boiled potatoes or cooked pasta dressed with parsley and a little chopped garlic.

Hello Vegetarians...here's a crock pot recipe for you. I love ratatouille because it's so versatile and can be used to make a killer pizza, great on pasta or as part of a casserole with chicken and cheese, or how about ratatouille lasagna? I guess I'd better stop brainstorming and write down these recipes to post too!

    Ww Potatoes With Onions
    Handle

This is so good!! It is out of a WW cookbook called "Simple & Classic Homecooking". Has only 1 Point per serving. Yukon gold potatoes give this dish a wonderful buttery flavor. Sprinkle 1/4 cup shredded reduced-fat sharp Cheddar cheese over the potaotes for a delicious cheesy flavor option. Hope you enjoy! Edit 5/24/07 This worked great on the grill. Place all the ingredients on heavy duty foil, seal and cooked about 30 minutes.

Ww North Carolina BBQ Pork Tenderloin With Mop Sauce
    Handle
    9 Reviews |  By TeresaS

This is out of my Weight Watchers cookbook called "Best of Weight Watchers Magazine" DH rated this excellent the last time I prepared it. It has 4 points per serving. (3oz meat with 2 tbls sauce) Use any leftovers for pulled pork sandwiches. Just thinly slice or chop the pork and combine with the leftover sauce in a small saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring often, just until the meat is hot, and serve on soft sandwich rolls with sweet gherkin pickles on the side. This rub works great on chicken, beef and catfish.

This is another one of those recipes that I have had floating around for a while, and need to put on here for safe keeping! This is a simple and relatively quick dish to make. Real garlic lovers feel free to add more garlic!!!

    Better-For-You Buffalo Chicken Bites
    Handle

from Hungry Girl. So much healthier than commercial boneless buffalo wings! 3 ww points per 4 oz serving. I often make the full recipe for myself for a very satisfying 6 point lunch (or over salad greens with 2T ff ranch for an even more satisfying 7 point lunch!) YUM! TIP: Spray your baking sheet REALLY well to avoid losing any of your breading when flipping the wings.

Ww Panna Cotta With Strawberry Sauce and Pine Nuts
    Handle

I really enjoy this one. It tastes very indulgent and not at all "diet-y." Both of my kids love to eat the panna cotta plain right out of the ramekins. Personally, I definitely recommend the sauce. The panna cotta itself is quite sweet and the tartness of the sauce is perfect with it. I've found that you can halve the sauce recipe and still have plenty. I've actually taken to making the full amount of sauce and just using the excess on other things. Either way... this has become a favorite here. Recipe from the ww website. 4 points per serving.
