Source: Anne Lindsay's New Light Cooking According to this cookbook, this recipe has only 168 calories per serving without the optional ingredients which would come to 3 points per serving. My guess is that the small red potatoes in the cookbook are smaller than those used in Zaar's data base.

Even mashed potato aficionados won’t be able to tell that these creamy, garlicky potatoes have been slimmed down with nonfat sour cream and skim milk. 3 POINTS per serving.

    Recipe #195646

From Weight Watchers' Five Ingredient Fifteen Minute cookbook (Spring 2008). The recipe calls for boiling the asparagus but really you should cook the asparagus by your preferred method. I prefer to saute my asparagus in a little olive oil and sea salt. Enjoy :)

Mixing cauliflower and potato is a GREAT way to get true mashed potato taste and texture, with a healthier, lower calorie spin. Woohoo!
