Love these moist burgers that don't even need a bun! (although my kids still eat them as a "traditional" burgers with ketchup on a bun) Weight Watcher's only 5 points (without a bun) and they don't taste like traditional "diet" burgers!

My wife ADORES a high-fat chipotle dip made by a terrific salsa company. However, that stuff is 7 grams fat per TBSP!! Yikes. I fiddled with a low-fat version...here's one she loves.

I used to work in an upscale gourmet foods store, and this recipe was a huge success with the clientele. I've scaled it down to a normal sized recipe, but you may choose to tweek some of the flavors before cooking. Taste the marinade before you put the fish in!

These soft, lemony potatoes are absolutely delectable. I love this dish and these can be served as a side dish with any meat. I prefer the flavour of dried Greek oregano but other varieties can be used. This is a Christine Cushing recipe. What an easy recipe! Enjoy!

Posted for ZWT6 - Scandinavian Region. I found this on scandinavianfoods.com and thought what a terrific recipe to make with the kids or when you don't feel like heating up the kitchen. Pearl sugar is like large granulated sugar - or very coarse sugar. A good replacement is to coarsely chop sugar cubes if you can't find this in your locale. This recipe gives two options - one using orange juice or the other using cold brewed coffee - I think both options are great choices!

ZWT7 Switzerland. Quick and Healthy Recipe by Anne Quatrano from http://www.foodandwine.com. Smoked salmon exists traditionally in many varieties, and is often served with scrambled eggs, dill, sandwiches or mustard sauce.

From the july 1995 Living in South Carolina. This recipe is a great one for someone looking for a cool salad to eat during the hot months. or just a simple brunch treat. You can reduce the fat with no fat mayo or low fat mayo. Serve this in a chilled bowl ontop a lettuce leaf surrounded by crackers or just eat as is. Try it in lettuce wraps or rolled up in a torilla shell or even stuff a pita with it!
