    Recipe #454576

A very yummy low point value treat for breakfast. So you can have more points for snacks through out the day!

    Recipe #209986

This is a weight watchers recipe I've been using for years though I modify it slightly to acccomodate our tastes...sometimes substituting Mexican style egg beaters for the regular and also omitting mushrooms and adding more hot sauce. What I love about this is that the cups can be made ahead and frozen and simply reheated when needed. (remove foil cups first.) This is the original recipe which states it's a one point serving. Experiment with your own favorite cheeses and vegetables. Can also be served as an appetizer or snack.

    Recipe #295994

I believe I found this recipe on Boot Camp Buddies, but I don't really remember. This recipe is 5 points per serving. This needs to sit in the refrigerator overnight before baking - time is not included in preparation time.

    Recipe #359178

I got this from my Mom. She got it at her WW meeting. You can use any cake mix. Suggestions are chocolate, spice, or carrot mixes. I haven't tried it yet but I'm putting here on Zaar for safe keeping.

    Recipe #431105

This is a great spin on the perfect winter comfort food. I received this recipe from a fellow WW member. It is only 2.5 pts per 1 generous cup serving. Enjoy!

    Recipe #280699

This soup was a lunch time staple for me while I was on Weight Watchers. I am a little picky with my veggies but this is the version I make for myself. Feel free to add any of your favorite free veggies.

    Recipe #189795

You can eat as much of this 0-point Weight Watchers cabbage soup as you like. It's so good for you.

    Weight Watchers Bean Soup

    Recipe #304089

I must confess, I didn't follow this recipe like a low-fat recipe, but I did enjoy this very much. Instead of olive oil I used butter, and I used regular thick-sliced pepper bacon instead of turkey bacon. I added regular corn and creamed corn (I wound up doubling the amount listed), and I used regular half and half instead of fat-free. Instead of low-fat chicken broth I used my own homemade broth from the freezer, and I skipped pureeing the soup and just put the cooked bacon in with the other ingredients. Finally, I doubled the amount of bell peppers and used red potatoes with the skin left on them. I'm usually impressed with Weight Watcher's low-fat recipes so my guess is you can enjoy it either way. Recipe courtesy of Weight Watchers New Complete Cookbook 2011.

    Recipe #450045

I got this recipe from someone at my Weight Watchers meeting. I don't know where the original recipe came from. It's very low points and I can eat it every day without getting tired of it.

    Recipe #210757

This is a recipe out of the Weight Watchers in 20 minutes Cookbook. It states a serving is 1-1/2 cups and is valued at 5 points.

    Recipe #489626

    Recipe #227391

Crock pot cooking makes doing Weight Watchers easier for me, I hope it helps you too. Makes four servings at 5 WW pts per serving

    Recipe #278387

Not certain as to how many servings are in this recipe so the amount is only estimated. This is a very low fat chili, you can substitute ground turkey for the beef. This can also be made on top of the stove. 1/2 cup serving = 2 pts.

    Recipe #208146

This is one of the many recipes that I wrote down while attending my Weight Watchers meetings. Very easy to throw together in the morning and have a wonderful meal when you get home from work. The original recipe calls for 98% fat-free cream of mushroom soup but I prefer the chicken. Either one can be used interchangeably.

    Recipe #322468

This is a quick, healthy alternitive to eating a pizza! I adapted it from a similar recipe I found last year when I first started weight watchers. My family and friends love it! 4 pts. each. I like to make 2 for a total of 8pts.
