This was modified from one of my WW recipes. My family loves this soup. It's not your typical taco soup recipe with the addition of the A-1. Not overly thick, nice body and interesting taste. Quick and easy!! (Very, very low on WW points!)

    Recipe #274898

A fine example of Southwestern cooking, these spicy pork medallions are cooled by the fruitiness of peaches. Adjust the spicy seasonings to your taste. Was the overall winner in the first 2002 "Ready, Set, Cook" Challenge here at Recipezaar!

This is a recipe I found on the internet and modified to be virtually free of fat, sugar and cholesterol. While these muffins are not overly sweet, they definitely satisfy! Enjoy!

This is my favorite way to make potatoes. You can use pretty much and savory herb or spice you like - I've made this with chives, garlic salt, rosemary, paprika - it's really up to you.

From ww magazine. When buying the chicken sausage, look for the brand with the least amount of fat grams.

    Recipe #126464

I got the original recipe from Weight Watchers. I'm always looking for recipes that fit into my diet plan that my DD and DH will also eat. This is good. If you are counting points, it's only 3 points per serving.

    Recipe #227452

This WW recipe is unbelievable. I would pick this over any fatty salad dressing even if I didn't know it was core. My friend gave it to me out of a WW Book (Thanks, Dionne) and we can't stop raving about it! I would x's the recipe by 3 or 4, it keeps for 2 wks. in the refrig.
