Southwest spices are rubbed on the burgers and it is topped with salsa mayonnaise, lettuce and avocado slices. Pretty simple stuff here, especially if you use premade frozen burgers!

From a griling web site these are awesome! I love the fact that they are done on the grilland that a pork loin is something I aways have in the freezer. Cuban sandwiches feature a distinctive combination of marinated pork, ham, Swiss cheese, and dill pickles. Slice them in halves or quarters and arrange on a platter for great party fare. Char the buns on both sides for a "Media Noche" (midnight) version of this Cuban classic. We dont care for the charred buns but to each his own......prep time includes marinating time.

I love steak (esp on the grill)and am always on the look out for recipes. This comes off a BBQ/grilling website and is very good. The pesto adds a nice topping flavor to the grilled steaks. I have done these on the countertop grill and on the campfire also with no change.

Rib eyes are my favorite steak. This one has a nice rub and a slightly spicy salsa. Remember that if you use bamboo skewers to soak them in water for about 1 hour prior to griling to avoid them burning.

Im always looking for desserts to do on the grill or campfire. This came from another website but is so simple. For the kids leave out the rum and use vanilla extract. Try it with other berries like blueberries or strawberries. Posted for the Zaar World tour for countries where bananas are grown and plentiful.
