This cocktail gets its color from the Blue Curcao. From the Webtender.
This is a good one for Halloween. The Chambord raspberry liqueur and Blue Curacao turn it a grey black color. However, don't be spooked by the color give it a try.
Pretty & Potent! This one begs to be sipped on.
Just a sweet, little shot of Malibu rum, Blue Curacao and Pineapple Juice. I actually even like it better poured into an old fashioned glass with ice and topped off with pineapple juice.
Pretty blue cocktail with a smooth orange taste.

These are actually little flans made in custard cups. You can easily cut the recipe in half to make 3 servings. Recipe is from Gourmet Jan. 2008. Cook time also includes time to let the custards chill.
