This was served at a little sandwich shop that was located in the office building where I used to work. During the summer I make this several times a week - it's so delicious and refreshing! I like it with red grapes, but green will work as well!
This is a classic chicken noodle soup recipe from a recent issue of Good Housekeeping that I'd like to try. Update: I have made this soup and really like it. I did use 3-4 skinless chicken breasts in place of the whole chicken, and I substituted 8 cups of canned chicken broth for the water. If you do this, you might want to add a little less salt unless you use a low-sodium chicken broth. I'm not sure why some reviewers say that their egg noodles dissolve, unless they are using the very fine egg noodles. I use a wide noodle and they are just fine after 20 minutes in the Crock-Pot.
This is the ONLY pie my Mom makes. The pages of this recipe are yellowed and torn and a little stained! This is a tried and true recipe that I look forward to making every spring! This the best Rhubarb Custard Pie you will ever have!
Want a delicious and healthy gourmet dinner for an easy 5 ingredients?? Then try these! Recipe can easily be doubled, tripled, and totally meant to satisfy a night out at a great restaurant without the crazy bill!
Made with 8 1/2 to 9" tortillas: 196.67cals, 7g fat, 26.1g carb, 5.67g fiber per serving (1 pizza)
mmm Tiramisu Mini Muffins!! My picture just doesnt do it much justice! These are realllly good! For the espresso...I don't like coffee baked goods let alone espresso taste. I wanted it an actual tiramisu taste but not strong, so I used Maxwell House Maxiccino Hazelnut instant singles. Just one single I used. You can make these ahead over night if needed. Enjoy!
So juicy, flavorful and tender, you'll never even miss the beef! One of my favorite original recipes I've been making for years, these meatballs always satisfy a hungry crowd and can fool even the biggest Italian palette ;) Once you try these, you'll never go back to the fatty beef!
This recipe is a healthy spin on the inspiration of my future mother-in-law's traditional Italian "Sunday Gravy."

If you are on Chicago's Miracle Mile near the Marriott, watch out for bees! Chef Myk Banas keeps hives on the rooftop and uses the honey in dishes served at the restaurant. This is a very nice potato salad, very fresh tasting. The nutritional information is off, because there is twice as much dressing as you will need, but according to the chef it will keep for several weeks, so make the entire quantity. Chilling time not included in cooking time. From Midwest Living, June 2011.
