This buttery garlic-parmesan sauce is so simple and tastes sinfully delicious. A friend baked plain chicken wings for her Super Bowl party but realized at the last minute that she didn't have Tabasco sauce on hand to make Buffalo sauce. She called in a panic, and this is the sauce I advised. All her party guests raved about it. Some reviewers have stated these wings are as good as or better than Wingstop's. We don't have a Wingstop in our area, so I'll take their word for it! (Note: In response to reviewers' recommendations to decrease the amount of butter, this recipe has been adjusted from 1/2 cup to 1/4 cup of butter. Thanks!)

    Recipe #287041

This is a quick meal--10 minutes to the table--tastes great too!

After enjoying an Arby's sandwich I could not help but try to make one similar because it was that good. I think this is pretty close, but better because all the fruits are fresh. I don't really measure so, the measurements are guesses, and it's more of getting a desired consistency. Also use your own favorite type of bread. I preferably use whole grain wheat.

I made this one last night and hubby was looking for another one before he had finished the first! This is THE BEST chicken sandwich I have ever made...and it took about 10 minutes to put together ! Great for lunch or dinner....a hearty sandwich with lots of stuffing in it ! Enjoy!

This is a method to take the backbone out of a whole chicken so that it lays flat and is easy to grill

    Recipe #187484

I used to maintain a website called "Guide to Living Alone" which featured some good recipes for one person. This recipe is one I put together for my friend Ellen, because it was one of her favorite sidedishes at a Chinese restaurant we frequented. The little triangular foil packets of chicken were such a treat! If you double/triple/etc the recipe, it can also make good appetizers for a party, or even take-alongs for a picnic or potluck.

This is one of my husband's favourite meals. The sauce is to die for and also goes great with a nice steak.

A friend of mine gave me this recipe many years ago.I've made it for potlucks at work and for family potlucks and it's always a favorite.

A burly Burrito, a quick and easy meal.

Inspired by Pizza Hut's version. Joe's favorite pizza. My favorite Joe. Use a 15 in round pizza pan or a 13 x 9 jelly roll pan.

This is from Rachael Ray’s 365: No Repeats. It is great! Easy and fast to make. I served it with sour cream mashed potatoes. The leftovers are great over pasta or plain polenta.

    Recipe #171233

This is a Rachel Ray recipe that I tried a few years ago and fell in love with.

Amazingly simple, delicious and low calorie! Only 220 calories per serving! Plus this plates up beautifully and makes you look like you went all out! Makes any occasion special! Boneless skinless chicken breasts browned and juicy with a very tasty wine and mushroom sauce that is perfection on a plate! Yet this is so fast, easy and delicious you can make it on any busy weeknight or serve it up at your best dinner party! They just won't know what hit 'em!

I don't know where this recipe came from, I found it handwritten in my file. I haven't tried it yet, but can tell from the ingredients my family will love it. Although the recipe doesn't call for any cheese on top, I think provolone would be wonderful!

    Recipe #176630

I made this last night. Very lemony and very good. Served with fresh green beans and Rice-A-Roni fried rice.

    Another Southern Living classic!!

    Recipe #176907

I got a new grill pan for the stove and was just trying some things out and this turned out great. I actually grilled the chicken up the night before and then stored it in the fridge until the next afternoon. That way too, it gave me time to let the grill pan cool so I could clean it for the pressing of the sandwich. If you are using a grill pan you will need something heavy to place on top to press it, I used a pot that I just placed a heavy bottle of water into for the weight(Okay it looked a bit strange.. so if you have a panini press go right ahead and use it!, if not this does work!)Also this recipe is for one sandwich, but of course you can double or triple it to meet your needs. You can make your own pesto, but to save time I used store bought.

    Recipe #187915

This batter makes for the *best* crispiest chicken strips, the cayenne is only optional I like to add in for a heat, you may adjust the amount --- use only club soda for this not 7-up --- this may also be used successfully with pieces of meaty fish :)

    Recipe #79996

This is a recipe that I've used for years. It's so quick and easy for a week night meal and has such wonderful flavor.

    Recipe #40339

These chimichangas are oven-browned instead of deep-fried. The filling uses queso fresco. If it's not available, try shredded Monterey Jack.
