I've been fascinated with yellow split peas lately. Cheap and easy to cook. I found this recipe somewhere on the internet. I haven't tried it yet, but I'm posting it for ZWT2.

    Recipe #172992

This is another yellow split pea soup that I found on the internet. I haven't tried it yet, but I'm posting it for ZWT2. If someone converts this to a crock pot recipe, please let me know how you did it!

    Recipe #173345

Another soup for fall! If you had rice made ahead of time (or leftover) this would go together in no time! 4-6 servings 45 min

    Recipe #184514

This is from TOH. Mmmmm... I love my greens! I have some homemade cider vinegar to use for this one. Escarole, kale or other dark greens would work as well.

    Recipe #192799

    Recipe #245593

I need to make this for my dad! Prep/cook time does not include refrigeration time.

    Recipe #201835

This is from Everyday with RR. This looks so refreshing! I can't wait until watermelon is in season. YUMMO.

    Recipe #224861

Not sure where I found this one, but it sounds awesome!

    Recipe #228303

Cooking Light. May 2007. It will seem like not enough butter when you are making them, but it really is the right amount! I made these with home-dried strawberries and milk chocolate chips. YUM!

    Recipe #244619

    Recipe #244676

This is from The Complete Vegetarian Cookbook. I haven’t tried it yet, but I’m typing it up for ZWT II. Serves 4

    Recipe #172993

I love the name of this! Another Rachael Ray recipe. This looks like such a nice spring dish. Dandelion, Swiss chard or escarole would be nice for the greens, but use whatever you have.

    Recipe #206548

This is from my 365 Ways to Cook Pasta Cookbook. It looks like such a great combination of flavors. I will probably leave out the mayonnaise.

    Recipe #206990

This comes from 1001 Low-Fat Vegetarian Recipes. Posting for ZWT3. Hot or sweet paprika may be used in this recipe.

    Recipe #231607
