Sure, this isn't your typical minestrone soup recipe. However, it does taste the same and it's healthier.

    Recipe #407952

A very light and refreshing salad that goes well with everything. The longer this stays the better it taste. You will also notice that the liquid increases as the salad sits.

    Recipe #96978

I love experimenting with spices and this is a great tasting combination that everyone in my family loves! Good news is that you can cook this many different ways and you should have all of these ingredients in your pantry already!

    Recipe #422031

This is one of those recipes that is so quick and easy that I have been using it for years now without needing to take another look at it. So I can't figure out where I originally got the idea. Delicious and easy to adjust to your tastes!

    Recipe #350089

These scallops are simple and amazing. The key to amazing scallops is choosing the best quality scallops for this recipe. I recommend getting block frozen scallops or previously block frozen from your butcher or fish monger. These scallops will have the best texture and taste and are not plumped up with additional water like IQF (individually quick frozen) scallops.

    Recipe #421867

Many Cajun shrimp dishes have loads of butter. This is a very tasty version that is much lower in fat. You won't miss it. Serve with French bread and a salad. Fabulous dinner on the table in less than 15 minutes.

    Recipe #41701

I got this recipe from the Week 1 book WW. I have it many times and I love to make it cut into 6 servings eat 1 then freeze the others. It's a great dinner with a salad when the family is eating the hot dogs, pizza or stuff you just don't want to eat. It's also makes for a quick & delicous lunch.

Here is another Hungry Girl Recipe that I received in an email this morning: NOTE: The 20 I Can't Believe It's Not Butter listed in the recipe represents 20 sprays of the spray butter. Heaven Bacon - Hey, Steak 'n Shake -- keep your fatty, greasy, ridiculously high-calorie bacon and cheese melts to yourself! HG's got one that uses slimmed-down ingredients and tastes almost as good as the real thing. Yeah, it really does. Try it. Recipe #326656

This is from Cook's Illustrated (America's Test Kitchen) The Best Light Recipe. It's shockingly good. The sauce is also fantastic on fish tacos. EDIT: THIS RECIPE IS AN APPETIZER. It will not magically turn 2lbs of chicken into a full meal for 10 people. You may serve it as a main course, but please adjust your expectations or multiply the measurements. You will need thirty 6- or 8-inch bamboo (or wooden) skewers for this recipe. The cooking time will depend on the strength and type of your broiler. Under-the-oven drawer-style broilers tend to take a few minutes longer than in-oven-style broilers. A small clove of minced garlic (about 1/2 teaspoon) can be substituted for the garlic powder in the sauce, if desired.

This simple to prepare recipe was submitted to Cooking Light many years ago by a subscriber. It has a very tasty sauce, and the chicken is wonderfully tender. Serve with your favorite rice - we like lemon-flavored rice.

    Recipe #60200

Ok, this is good and if your watching calorie intake it's excellant.

    Recipe #65045

I found this recipe on the internet somewhere, but have tweaked it a bit. Eggplant is one of my favorite vegetables, but I haven't found all that many recipes where it is allowed to take center stage; it is usually buried under so many other ingredients and flavors. This recipe is also a nice way to use up left-over pesto. Preparation time is mainly standing time for the eggplant as it drains its bitter juices.

CAUTION: Highly Addictive! (and no calories if you use diet 7-UP)

A very simple, tasty, CRUSTLESS tart to throw together in minutes! This, to me, is so typical of the wonderfully casual way in which Mediterranean French dishes are made, quickly, fresh, and no-nonsense. I used a pillow pack of pre-washed baby spinach. If you need to wash it, dry in a salad spinner or dry well with paper towels, or you might have too much liquid. This is the very simplest of rustic dishes, requiring not much in the way of seasoning. Add garlic if you wish. Do not add salt if using a salty feta! Very nice with any meat main dish. DO NOT use swiss chard for this recipe: I've tried it, and swiss chard dries out on top, while real spinach does not. Please see other suggestions in the directions!

    Recipe #77403

Mixing cauliflower and potato is a GREAT way to get true mashed potato taste and texture, with a healthier, lower calorie spin. Woohoo!

    Recipe #358880

This is refreshing and delicious! This is simple but I reall like it and it is only 1 point! great on a hot day! this is from an old newsletter, here is what she says: Leave it to Hungry Girl, our resident creamsicle freak, to create a delicious, guilt-free, creamy, orange treat. Our embarrassingly simple recipe uses fat-free Cool Whip for creaminess, diet orange soda for oranginess, and a flexy straw, just 'cuz it's fun! What are you waiting for? A floaty-rific creation is just moments away! Serving Size: 1 recipe Calories: 60 Fat: 0g Sodium: 75mg Carbs: 12g Fiber: 0g Sugars: 4 Protein: 0g * 1 Point!

This is a delicious low-fat turkey chile recipe I came up with. It is only 3 pts. for a 1 cup serving. If you like it hot, add 1/2 - 1 tsp of tobasco sauce.
