You wouldn't know that this is a diet-friendly recipe. It's rich and moist and very moreish with a crunchy malt surprise. Perfect with a cup of coffee or a dollop of cream for dessert. Australian measurements used.
This fabulous dessert is 3 WW points a serving and can be made with fresh, canned, or frozen fruit. It is adapted from a recipe in the "More With Less Cookbook." Incredibly easy to make, I fall back on this when unexpected company comes for dinner.
This is a slight variation on a fat free coleslaw recipe from a Weight Watcher's cookbook. I used what I had and I have to admit that this is really good! My husband, who is not terribly fond of fat free substitutes, raved about it. Cook time is sitting time.
Not sure where the original version came from but this includes my tweaks over the years. The results are a lovely crepe than can used for entreés or desserts without having to worry about fat and calories. Bon appettit! For those following Weight Watchers, it's 2 points per serving.
I heard about this dessert at our last weight watchers meeting and wanted to try it because of the unusual ingredients! It was *so easy* to make and better yet it was *very delicious*! No one could believe it was a "low fat" dessert! *Yummy*!
