From the Weight Watchers Website...came via email today. These cookies are the perfect combination of vanilla and chocolate. If you prefer chewy meringues, make them the day before you plan to eat them.

    Recipe #402742

My mother-in-law made this dessert special for me tonight and it was yummy! She wrote it down from one of her Weight Watchers Meetings. I can't wait to make a batch to bring to work!

    Recipe #401666

Eggplant Parmigiana for 3 points a serving! Woo-hoo!

    Recipe #237164

This recipe was featured in an email today from the www.weightwatchers.com website. It appears to be different from the others that are posted on Zaar. "Black beans add fiber and moisture to this lightened up version of a dessert classic. They're rich and delicious, full of chocolaty goodness." Customize this basic recipe with instant espresso, a teaspoon of cinnamon or 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper. Great served with whipped cream or powdered sugar, or topped with walnuts (could affect POINTS values).

    Recipe #358699

This recipe came to me today via email from the www.weightwatchers.com website: "This Italian-inspired vegetable casserole is topped with strong-flavored Parmesan cheese, coarsely-cut bread crumbs and crunchy walnuts. Delicious!"

    Recipe #357391

This recipe was featured in an email this morning from the www.weightwatchers.com website. "Whip up a batch of these mini frittatas on a Sunday night and you’ve got breakfast ready to go for the week. Pop them in the microwave for a few seconds and enjoy."

    Recipe #348187

This recipe was featured in an email this morning from Weight Watchers. This and lots of other recipes can be found at the www.weightwatchers.com website. Was POINTS® Value: 18 Now POINTS® Value: 7 Servings: 6 Preparation Time: 15 min Cooking Time: 25 min Level of Difficulty: Easy Everyone's favorite comfort food, lightened up thanks to a request from Community user FISHINMA. Our version is rich and creamy but with a fraction of the calories and fat.

    Recipe #348248

The proverbial statement "You know you are a Weight Watcher when..." could easily be completed with you have heard of or tried chicken simmered in a sauce made of equal parts ketchup and diet cola. While I love the dish for it's simplicity, I find it too sweet for my tastes. Inspired by Recipe #219157 and the addition of onions to add a savory note, I decided to play with the classic and developed this version. Though there are a few more ingredients, it is just as easy to prepare as the original. (WW 4 points per serving and Core)

    Recipe #303856

I just received my January/February 2009 Weight Watchers Magazine. Every magazine has a recipe makeover and this is the one featured this time. The cooking time listed is for the refrigeration time.

    Recipe #347467

I found this recipe in my new January/February issue of Weight Watchers magazine. Just in time for Super Bowl! :-)

    Recipe #347119

I got this recipe from a Weight Watcher's meeting, and found these very tasty. This recipe is low in fat and calories. I also tried 1 box of cake mix with a cherry lite pie topping - very tasty. My kids loved both muffins. (for Weight Watchers: each muffin is only 2 points.)

This is a very good old Weight Watchers recipe (when they had exchanges) but I think if following the WW flex plan it is about 9 points. Recipe source: Weight Watchers Quick Start Program Book

    Recipe #338669

From the www.weightwatchers.com website: "Tart Granny Smith apples and dried cranberries are baked under a crisp coating of oats, cinnamon and brown sugar. The result is not overly sweet so it's perfectly suited for breakfast or a light dessert."
