This is a great, simple drink to detox impurities from your body. It cleanses your body from the inside out. Extremely easy to drink too. Have one first thing in the morning, and one before bed. You will see the difference within a week. Try keeping this up for 1 week every month. If you can drink this everyday, it would be WONDERFUL.

Yummy low points dessert. Very simple. 1 cup is 3 pts. I usually drain fruit juices into pudding mix first and then blend fruit in, it is just easier for me. You may also want to try this with SF FF Banana Cream Pudding.

One of the first signs of liver disfunction is emotional difficulty related to anger: impatience, frustration, resentment, violence, belligerence, rudeness, edginess, arrogrance, stubbornness, aggression and an impulsive and explosive personality. Depression, mood swings as well as excessively emotional in general are liver-related. Tiredness, dark circles under eyes, poor digestion and dull skin are also symptoms of poor liver function. Try this detox recipe!

Chickpeas are high in protein, phosphorus, sulfur, and potassium. Serve with cubes of broiled smoked tofu or goat's cheese for a complete meal. From Detox - the process of cleansing and restoration.

I created this high protein salad to munch on for snacks, esp keeps me full before bed. As a figure competitor, I am required to eat clean and detox frequently, and this salad helps keep me feeling satisfied while eating reduced calories. I make a big batch and store it in the fridge to scoop out easily for lunches on the run.

Adapted from The Seasonal Detox Diet, by Carrie L’Esperance. There has been a lot in the news lately about the amazing healing properties of turmeric, a free-radical-fighting antioxidant-rich spice that has been hailed as a defense against both cancer and Alzheimer’s.

I bought a huge bag of baby Spinach at the store and have been looking for ways to use it up. Found something similar to this in my "Weight Watchers Miracle Foods: More Fruits, More Veggies" cookbook. This has been tweaked to my own tastes. The original calls for more beets and less orange. As the original was written it would be 1 point for 1 cup. This might be just a tad more and would be a CORE recipe for WW. Even if you're not on WW though, it is a healthy tasty recipe!

A delicious lemon-herb shrimp recipe from a recent WW meeting. 3 points per serving. This is great served over a bed of brown rice and with a side of WW Roasted Vegetables. YUM!

Despite sounding weird, these are actually very tasty! They can be used as a side dish, or as a main meal with a salad and fresh bread. This makes approx 16 small fritters at 1/2 point each if you are following a weight watchers plan. Cooking time will depend on size of pan used. I have put the points for each ingredient beside it in brackets.

A "zero points" recipe I got at a Weight Watchers meeting last nite. I am going to make it later tonite, but couldn't wait to share it with you. You could use other spices to your liking, as well.

Easy recipe for good tasting detox soup!

    Recipe #171940

This is a very quick and easy WW recipe. It goes very well with simple steamed rice or rice pilaf and asparagus. Very light.
