I got this recipe from a WW group a few years ago. I have made it so much that it is often requested (even by men). I like to match the color of the drink with the color of the cake (ie: Sprite with yellow, coke with chocolate, etc.) I really like the diet cherry coke with a devils food cake. Be creative! I think that it is 4 pts. per slice, and the slices are big.
This is out of one of my Weight Watchers cookbooks called "Take-Out Tonight!" Both DH and I really liked this dish. You can use 1/2 shrimp and 1/2 sea scallops if you prefer. You can also replace the asparagus with broccoli florets or fresh snow peas.
A refreshing dessert using light ingredients. It isn't as "creamy" as ice cream using heavy cream, but the flavor is good and it is only 3 WW points as written and only 2 WW points if using 1 cup half and half and 1 cup low-fat milk.
