    Recipe #88350

This is my sis-in-law's Linda's recipe. It's quick, easy, and real good. This recipe is easily made lowfat by using tuna packed in water, light cream cheese and Campbell's lowfat soup. My familie's preferences/changes on this recipe are listed after the baking time on the instructions, as I didn't want to change my sis-in-laws orginal recipe.

Living on the west coast, we have eaten a great deal of salmon. This is ABSOLUTELY the best way we have found to cook it. It is so moist and the flavor is fantastic! Many reviewers have said that they think the cheese, especially the cheddar is unnecessary, and I have to admit that I omit the cheddar cheese myself. The flavour is a little too strong and it is extra fat that is not needed. I do like the sprinkling of parmesan with the paprika because it looks so nice when it is broiled. Using light mayonnaise and light sour cream or yogurt tastes just as good as the full fat versions and cuts down fat and calories even more. Thanks for all the great reviews!

Elegant, quick, and EASY casserole that is good enough for company! A favorite of mine--I could eat this several times a week LOL! From my mother. Over the years, I have tweaked the original recipe to suit my tastes. Hope you like it as much as I do! (Note: you may add a dash or two of celery salt, or "Beau Monde" seasoning, to the soup mixture for extra 'ooomph', if you like, but it is excellent as written.)

Easy, Easy, Easy!!! I got this recipe from an Aunt who made it for a family reunion. It has a great flavor and makes alot. Very Good! Does not include cooking time for the chicken.

Super easy, tasty and quick burritos. I make them with regular flour tortillas so that they come out the perfect size for my kids' small hands- if I made them with those huge burrito-size tortillas, they would never eat them! Great use for leftover cooked chicken. I divide the filling in two before I add the jalapeno and then add it to only one filling for the adults. These can also be served as an appetizer.

A nice comfort food, serve with a green vege, salad and nice warm garlic bread slices. I was needing something for dinner but didn't have a recipe that sounded good, so looked in cabinet and just made this up. Husband thought it was so good. The rice does form like a crust so you get that crisp edge and yet the soft very favorfull tender rice that is not around the edge. The bacon adds a great flavor, who doesn't like bacon.

Use a combination of your favorite spaghetti sauce BBQ sauce for a delicious pizza. Amounts and ingredients are completely flexible. I usually use a little more sauce and a little more cheese. And I usually keep some roasted garlic and carmelized onions in the freezer, so this is very quick.

This recipe comes from the restaurant "Brennan's" located in New Orleans. No one has to know how simple and quick it is. I posted this recipe exactly as it was in the book, however, if you like a little "heat" please feel free to add some cayenne pepper to taste.

All ingredients amounts may be adjusted to taste --- you may substitute the bottled Hidden Valley Ranch dressing for the package, I prefer the package --- I have even made these using Caesar salad dressing from my recipe#116849 instead of the Ranch :)

I came up with this the other day with all of the left over Thanksgiving turkey.

I found this is a Taste of Home book. It was submitted by Karen Weirick from Bourbon, Indiana. It sounded good -- something to be served on a cold winter evening.

This recipe is the most requested recipe in our household. It is the result of many attempts to get the right combination of seasonings for turkey instead of hamburger meatballs that still have that Swedish meatball taste. We much prefer the taste to the original hamburger recipe.

This pie makes a lovely light supper dish. It takes very little time to put together and bake. Serve it with your favorite salad. This recipe is adapted from a cookbook by The Sons of Italy Florida Foundation.
