The launch of Weight Watchers Core Program is quickly inspiring recipes that use neither sugar nor flour. These tasty cakes can be served at breakfast or to accompany an entree. I made them with Recipe #64718 and got raves.
This soup is great as a meal, but can also be used as a sauce or in recipes in place of the canned version. Really lightens things up and worth the extra effort. Thanks for requesting it, Happy Harry #2!
For an Under 400 calorie meal, pair this with the 1 Cheese and herb corn muffin #22536 by Tish, and a serving of prepackaged salad. Before dressing this is about 350 calories.
This is another great Jalapeno Chicken recipe by Weight Watchers. It's out of the 2000 "Day by Day" cookbook. It has 3 points per serving. I have done both blender and fine chopping and they are both great. I find the extra bits and pieces by chopping instead of blending adds a great crunch to the dish and makes it look outstanding. Hope you enjoy and happy eating!
from WW's Simply the Best Cookbook. These are actually presented as an appetizer in the original cookbook, but we usually serve them as a main dish over hot cooked jasmine rice. Wonderful and easy! 2 WW points per serving (as appetizer) or 4 WW points per serving as main dish.
