My daughter and I love zucchini this way. So easy....no chopping, dicing, etc. Give it a try, and use one zucchini, or as many as you need. I use non-fat spray, so extremely diet-friendly.
Parmesan cheese or bacon bits are good additions.
Recipe from box of Argo Cornstarch in the early 80's. This batter is light and tasty.
Posting recipe as request from one of my sons. This batter is great for zucchini, but can be used on any thing you would like to fry up!
A south beach friendly way to use any extra your garden is giving, try to pick them when they are less than 3 inches in diameter. Use lo-fat sour cream for phase one, but it tastes good no diet at all!
I love zucchini and both my boyfriend and I agree that this is the best zuchinni side dish I have ever made! Tons of flavor, healthy and super easy. Note: I was drinking a glass of wine while making this, so figured I'd throw a splash in LOL I personally think it made quite a difference.
This is an easy yet tasty recipe for zucchini, I make it often especially when I have my summer's crop ready, I find that a good quality Italian dressing will really make the difference, you can slice the zucchini in slices lengthwise also if desired, pick a large thick zucchini for this --- servings is only estimated.
