These can also be finished on the grill instead of the broiler.

    Recipe #398863

This is a nice twist on the traditional creamy potato salad. I like this served warm or room temp, but by all means it can be served chilled. It has a nice sweet/tangy vinaigrette with fresh herbs and roasted vegetables. I think you will enjoy it.

    Recipe #382643

My grandson who is 4 loves these and so does everyone else.. If you stir a little chipotle paste into some mayonaise you get a nice spicy dipping sauce, although GS prefers them plain. We have had a of trouble getting variety into his diet and this is one of my successes. You can experiment with the spice ratios depending on your taste.

    Recipe #363004

This recipe comes from a wonderful little community called Homestead Heritage outside of Waco, TX. This spicy, creamy, smoky soup is a favorite of everyone who tries it and I'm pleased to say that they share their recipes! I entered this soup into our churches Souper Bowl contest and it won the Hot Stuff award! Notes to add: 1. I used about 5.5 lbs sweet potatoes and it was still very spicy. If you want to make it mild or kid friendly, cut way back on the jalapenos and just place them in a bowl as a side. 2. To sweeten it, I have found that 2 Tbsp brown sugar does the trick. 3. This soup freezes beautifully! You won't be disappointed in this soup!

    Recipe #353761

An Amish dish that is America's Midwestern comfort food at its very best. BF made this for supper with a few low fat substitutions and extra cheese:D Oh so fluffy potatoes with a chewy cheese crust. Make your kids love spinach! Yum! From Lehman's 50th Anniversary Cookbook (2005) based in northeast Ohio.

    Recipe #158994

More work than your average mashed potatoes, but so worth it. The recipe was given to us by a family at a daycare where I used to work. They actually won a morning show recipe contest with it and I can understand why.

    Recipe #276219

I ate lunch at this place next to the Texas A&M campus that sold baked potatoes. I ordered the Italian chicken and pesto. It was alright, but made me think that better pesto and more of it would be great on potatoes. So this evening I made my wife's Recipe #209606 and used up the rest of the pesto. You can make your own or buy store bought. If you live close by an HEB, the make really good pesto in their deli.

    Recipe #268775

Spicy fried potatoes topped in salsa, cheese, and sour cream.

    Recipe #184086

This is a great side dish with steak, chicken or burgers. Not for the those looking for low-fat recipes. Just so yummy like potato skins appetizers.

    Recipe #222264

The ingredients speak for themselves in this recipe. Very likely to outshine the main dish. If you're interested in a big departure from the norm, give these a shot.

    Recipe #277986

These potatoes can be made ahead and refrigerated overnight. The original recipe says they can be frozen for OAMC but I have never done that.

From the Canadian Weight Watchers website. It has been lightened up with low-fat milk and low-fat sour cream. Thanks to sharp cheddar, it still has the rich flavour of the original!

I got this from Devin Alexander's cookbook, Fast Food Fix. They are wonderful! They taste very close to a full fat version of McDonald's fries. Enjoy!

    Recipe #258345

Delicious hearty breakfast, lunch or dinner.

    Recipe #44088

Sweet potato dish that you cook in the crockpot, giving you more time to concentrate on the turkey! Great autumn side dish. Taken from the Betty Crocker Slow Cooker Cookbook.

This sounds far sweeter than it is...only the natural sweetness of the potato with a savory layering of ingredients. Great option for a low fat side.

    Recipe #253244

My cousin shared this recipe with me. Great side dish when having guests and goes well with any menu. May be refrigerated and baked later.
