Made this recipe up myself after finding out I didn't have enough p.b. to make my usual p.b. granola. Hope you enjoy it as much as I do. As most granola's go, feel free to add/delete ingredients to your own likes/dislikes.
This taken from our local press.
This can be refrigerated for one week or sliced and frozen.
ETA. upon reading reviews, either make 1 1/2 times the recipe for two full loaves or 1 loaf and a few muffins.
This is a great dessert for the fall time of year. It looks especially nice done in a glass fluted bowl or a footed raised one. It's very light in taste but also has a certain richness. Yummy!!
Feel free to use regular instant butterscotch pudding in place of the SF.
This was a favorite of my grampa's and so it has special meaning. I always think of him when I make them. They're just a great little treat to have on hand and also freeze well to pull out at any time.
This is a spin-off of the original no-bake cookie. Using just peanut butter (crunchy or creamy works) and no chocolate. This makes a huge batch of smaller drop cookies, but I use a big icecream scoop and you get approximately 25 jumbo's.
This recipe is from a Gooseberry Patch cookbook. They are absolutely wonderful. I actually use a little less cocoa in the frosting than it calls for, but feel free to adjust according to how chocolaty you like it.
I received this one year as a gift from one of my kids that rides my bus. Being a school bus driver I receive some of the most unique gift items. This was done up in a cute jar w/instructions tied at the top w/a bow. I just had to have the recipe after trying it out for myself. The problem I've discovered lately is that i"m unable to find Amararetto Coffee-mate.

My boys came home from a bachelor party w/this recipe and said "mom you just have to make these". Needless to say they are decadent. I was surprised they'd be served at that type of party, but it worked. Delish!
I eat one of these almost everyday. They are an excellent source of fiber and only being 1 pt. what's not to love??? Especially if you are counting. Feel free to use whatever flavor of muffin mix from Krusteaz you choose, just making sure it's the Fatfree kind.
