My youngest son loved brussels sprouts even as a child! This was one of his favorites.

This is an excelllent summer BBQ recipe. I love Brussels sprouts, and they have such a wonderful taste when grilled. This recipe can also be made with beef. I also like to add cubed green pepper and fresh mushrooms to the skewers...Ohhh, can't wait to fire up that grill!!:)

So many people think they don't like brussels sprouts - it's sad, because they're such a wonderfully tasty vegetable! I figure they must have had them prepared badly when they were younger, because everybody I fix them for change their minds about them. My latest conquest was my husband, who thought he didn't like them, either. He has since changed his mind, of course.

    Recipe #57013

This super brussels sprouts casserole is great with pork, although I have made it with my turkey dinner in late fall when sprouts are in season.......anyway you serve it, it is a great dish.

A simple, delicious change of pace for plain old Brussels sprouts. I usually do them in the microwave, but these can also be done by steaming, boiling, or oven roasting. Whatever way suits a person best.

I know most of you will pass this right up, but this is an extremely simple and yummy way to make this veggie. Just try it once! This recipe comes from a friend of the family who fixed this when I went to visit her. She said this was the only way to get her whole family (kids and DH) to eat Brussels sprouts.

    Recipe #104402

Adapted from "Mastering the Art of French Cooking" by Julia Child.

If you like your veggies well done increase cooking time but for best flavor keep them crisp. I love the lemon parsley flavor of this recipe

I really liked the sauce in this recipe. I like brussels sprouts anyway, but this is a way to doctor them up and make them a bit fancier. Serves a crowd.

This is a great way to serve Brussels Sprouts. Even us non-sprout-likers will rave about this one! It's quick and easy to prepare, and you can halve all ingredients without problems.

This is such an easy recipe and it does dress up the sprouts - the chestnuts stay crunchy. I sometimes add a few button mushrooms too.
