My grandmother made spinach like this when I was a kid. Once I discovered how delicious it is on top of a baked potato, well, I haven't gone more than a few weeks without having one of these for dinner.
I get compliments on this fruit salad wherever I take it. It is super easy to make and a great dish to bring to a potluck or family party. Kids love it too. Everyone asks "what's in the sauce"? The secret ingredient is the vanilla pudding mix.

A tangy dressing that you only need to use a tiny bit of because it's richly flavored. It's fat free and wonderful! Also a yummy dressing for sauteed tofu and vegetables. Enjoy!
