This is a delicious side dish for ham, pork or even chicken. The sweet potatoes, coated with brown sugar and spices are a little sweet and a little spicy. Quick and easy.

    Recipe #107546

My mom always makes these with ham. Very good.

Here is a good recipe for stewed tomatoes that I have on my site. This is a good way to use up the remaining tomatoes you may have on your vines!

    Recipe #1242

This tasty side dish is easy to put together, cooks quickly, and can be served hot, cold, or at room temperature. Recipe was given me by a sweet friend who I worked with many years ago.

I just had the great pleasure of imposing upon my wonderful friend Malka for a visit in Jerusalem. One night she served us these fragrant, delicious roasted vegetables, and we all but licked the bowl clean. Were they only delicious it would be nice, but they are also almost effortless to make. So, I share them here in the hope that any of us can make them, even without Malka's special dose of love for guests. I recommend using a variety of veggies and colors-- it will be lovely.

This is a quick and easy green bean recipe that take about 5 minutes to cook and uses canned green beans but taste like they've been cooked all day.

My most requested party snack! Easily made and easily doubled! If you prefer mild salsa, only use 1 jalapeno and/or do not add the seeds. Prep time does not include chill time. If you don't chill it overnight, the flavors won't mix and it won't be very juicy(although it still tastes great). *TIP* Use scissors instead of a knife for the cilantro, it's MUCH easier!

    Recipe #203863

Fresh, crisp and tasty salad. I first made this salad about six months ago and my 5 year old granddaughter could not stop eating it.

    Recipe #369042

This is a mild fresh salsa using really good ingredients. Our friends ask for it all of the time.

This recipe was found on the back of a can of Rotel tomatoes. It sounds really easy and good.

    Recipe #315990

We usually prefer slaws with creamy dressings, but we've never found one that freezes. This is a recipe passed on to me from Mom and has been a delicious alternative so we could use up the extra cabbage (after making sauerkraut of course) from the garden. I am posting it to assist with a discussion on the boards. Hope you enjoy it as much as we do! Prep time includes time cabbage mixture has to stand before adding dressing.

    Recipe #43671

This recipe comes from a friend of mine. I had never thought of putting Rotel into corn before, but it is SO good! Thanks Abbey!
