    This is from Step-By-Step Spanish Cooking. Dough can be made in the bread machine if desired. Adding any vegetables you like makes the recipe even better!

    I enjoy using this recipe because I love pizza but can't eat dairy and what would a pizza be without cheese! So it was a blessing to be able to eat this dish without worrying about my cholesterol hitting the roof. The crust is lightly crunchy and very tasty.     From Vegan with a Vengeance by Isa Chandra Moskowitz. I just received this gem of a cookbook for Christmas. We made this puree as a stuffing for lasagna last night and it was really good. Used whole wheat pasta, the puree, tomato sauce, spinach and mushrooms. Yum, yum, yum. Thought I'd share this recipe with you all. It takes the place of ricotta cheese in any type of pizza or pasta recipe. And it rocks! We left out the parsley because I forgot to buy it, and it was still a nice green color. Enjoy.

    This is a nice pizza dough that will make 5 individual-size pizzas (or probably 2 regular). I usually cook the individual pizzas in round cake pans and let everyone add their favorite toppings. This dough is slightly sweet, bakes up nicely, and I can even reheat the leftovers in a microwave without it getting soggy or chewy. This is a variation of a recipe I found in a newspaper. Preparation time does not include rising time for dough.

    This pizza crust is easy! Kids love to prepare pizza with the toppings of their choice, so feel free to divide this into 2 small pizza pans instead of one cookie sheet. Baking time would be the same.

    A recipe from Fleischmann's. Always good. You can substitute 1 cup of whole wheat flour for one cup of the white flour. You can add in some parmesan cheese if you'd like. Or, you can replace 1/2 cup of cornmeal for 1/2 cup of the flour. Have fun experimenting.
