    Vegan Doughnuts

All Vegan! (And therefore Vegetarian, Dairy-free, Lactose-Free, Egg-free, and Cholesterol-free!) Doughnut recipes can probably be veganized with substituting with vegan milk, vegan non-hydrogenated margarine (like Earth Balance Buttery Spread), and egg substitute (like Ener-G Egg Replacer): Doughnuts and Donuts “Doughnuts” + Vegan Category (Only 3 Recipes As of 2006!) Anyone have any more vegan doughnut recipes? See Also Cookbooks: Vegan Basics For Candy & Desserts Vegan Milks (Almond, Nut, Coconut, Banana, Oat & Rice Milks) Note: There aren't any vegan doughnut recipes with photos as of yet, so I had to added the E-Z Doughnut recipe at the bottom of this page. The only item that is not vegan is the pack of refrigerated biscuits. Maybe you can make your own vegan biscuits for this recipe. I'll have to try it sometime. Oh, they so good! Cover Photo by Marg

Doughnut recipe from Guam. These are NOT sweet doughnuts. For a sweeter variation dust with cinnamon and sugar. These doughnuts are perfect with your early morning coffee.

My daughter Tehila has a wonderful friend, Adva, who is of Moroccan descent. Her mother makes these treats for the family on holidays, and shares them with our family. The last time we made these together, and had lots of fun doing it. Prep time includes time for the dough to rise.

These are great doughnuts dipped in a sugar glaze or rolled in cinnamon and sugar.

This recipe came from my son's Cub scout pack. These doughnuts are a favorite treat on camp outs, for both the kids and adults!
