My mom learned this in Home Ec class way back in the 1930-something. It's been passed down to all the children & grandchildren as a Family Treasure! Don't bother with homemade pound cake for this recipe- the frozen kind works perfectly! You will need a double boiler to make this sauce.

    Recipe #431474

I had this at a dinner party, and it is sooooo delicious! Creamy chicken with just a bit of heat, served atop crunchy cornbread waffles. Comfort Food! If your chicken breasts are on the large side, 6 will work nicely. This can be made ahead, simply reheat the chicken mixture and warm the waffles!

    Recipe #377144

A delicious addition to any pork or beef dish. Keeps well, and makes a great gift also! Cooking time includes simmering time.

    Recipe #228482

Fresh tuna, quicky seared, and then marinaded in a piquant sauce. I like to let this chill a few hours before serving, but just 30 minutes will do.

    Recipe #234661

A quick, delicious way to serve mussels! Be sure to discard any mussels that don't open when cooked.

    Recipe #234660

When the season is right, blue crabs shed their hard shell. These soft shell crabs are a Southern delicacy,!! Just make sure to buy only the active, waving crabs. Have them cleaned when you purchase them.

    Recipe #231652

My Mom always made these for her "big" parties, and I loved helping create the cute little canapes. A natural for the fall season!

    Recipe #226591

Individual gratin dishes make a special presentation of this yummy seafood bake. Can also be prepared in a 1-quart baking dish. From The Big Book of Casseroles.

    Recipe #226384

Haven't made this one yet- if you do, let me know how it turns out! From Southern Living Magazine.
