These are sinfully good. Sweet and fruity creamy goodness! I have to give a lot of credit to ElaineM's recipe for pineapple upside down cake because that is what I used for this recipe, and I highly recommend you using it too.

I made this chicken for my family for dinner one night after being asked to make it by my mother. It makes brown rice much more tasty when the sweet sauce soaks into it. Perhaps adding green onion to this would be great.

    Recipe #436905

This is a brownie recipe that I just thought of for my fathers friends at work. It was getting to be that time of year (Christmas) when everyone is baking so I thought, "Hmm, how do you kick this up a notch?" And so, I put mint in the brownies! and it was great. I do hope you enjoy this recipe as much as I do. Thank You!

    Recipe #79895

This recipe is a little different than the normal banana nut bread recipe because I used mayonnaise instead of oil. Believe me though, they are very good, and very moist.

I would like to consider this my perfect pie crust. After probably a million bad pie crusts making a million bad pies I finally did it! I made a tender and crispy pie crust. I hope you like it. ENJOY!

    Recipe #80412

This is a soup that I came up with after I found out that my Christmas ham was too big and I had just to many leftovers. It turned out great, and there were finally no more leftovers. Thank you for trying it. ENJOY!

    Recipe #80810

This is my mama's mad meatloaf, and I just couldn't wait to finally share it with everyone. Thanks for trying it. ENJOY!

    Recipe #81493

This is my fathers most favorite omelete. I don't know how he thought this one up other then he liked all the ingriedents, and just decided to throw them all in the same omelet. But I what I do know is that it's good, real good! Thank you for trying it. ENJOY!

    Recipe #80814

This is one of those "I was just invited to a party and I don't know what to make" recipes. I know this only because it happened to me. My father is always being invited to these JPRA parties with his work buddies, and I am always cooking for this. Now, I do love doing this, but I don't like it when I only have a half an hour to plan what I making, make it, and still make myself beautiful for the party. So, when I was put in this situation, I through some pasta on the stove and started to get ready for the party while I tried to think of something to do with that pasta. Well, it was the biggest hit of the night, and I'm just glad I remembered the recipe to share with you.

This is just what the doctor orders for those period cravings! Chocolate and Peanut Butter all in one big bunt cake!

    Recipe #91055

This is a wonderful Italian soup that has been perfected over the years by my family (note that we are not Italian). It's easy, fresh and light. Just perfect for brunch.

    Recipe #90563

This is generally a great favorite with children, and is rether like a light and fluffy mac and cheese. Make sure that you serve this immediately after it is done cooking or it will fall.

    Recipe #90716

This is a very dense, pudding-like cake with a really chocolaty flavor. This is just great with a big spoon of whipped or even sour cream too.

    Recipe #90974

These little stickies are sure to just stick to your heart, stomach, hips, thighs, and maybe even for bum if you're lucky! lol. These are the prefect thing for girly get-to-gethers. Why? Because they are sticky! DUH!
