    This is soooo good! I have made this 3 or 4 times now, so have adjusted it to our liking. I use 1 lb. of shrimp instead of the 1/2 lb, and green onion instead of the shallots. You can use green cabbage or Bok Choy instead of the Napa cabbage if you can't find it. Use your imagination, I have added diced red pepper, bean sprouts (at the end for some crunch.) If snap peas or snow peas are in season, I use them instead of the peas. I think some chopped cashews on top instead of the peanuts would be good as well. This is from Food Network, Tyler Florence.     Courtesy of Tyler Florence from Tyler's Ultimate. These looked and sounded so good that I posted this for all to share. June 10/2009 - we keep on making these and here are some of the ideas. We grilled the onions instead of caramelizing them on the stove, added Dijon mustard to the herbed mayo & added it with the scallions & chopped-up parsley & also, added Cheddar both white & sharp (added a nice kick)!

    I saw this on Food Network today and it looks awesome! Two of the bananas are creamed and two are mashed chunky and folded in to give some texture. For an even greater treat, toast the slices of banana bread and dust with confectioners' sugar just before serving.

    I made these last week and loved their juicy texture. Despite the involved directions, I added a few timesavers and didn't find them any more difficult than regular meatballs (mixed in my Kitchen Aid). They freeze great. I put leftover frozen ones in crockpot with jarred gravy and cream of mushroom soup. Note: I've never made the lingonberry sauce but mix a can of cream of Mushroom soup with a half can milk for a creamy sauce.

    This is a GREAT make ahead gravy, even a day ahead! There is an error in the directions tho. I watched the show and after he was done roasting the wing and vegetables, he added the flour and stock and then added the turkey wing back in before simmering for about 15 minutes more.     This recipe was found on foodnetwork.ca. This is the first chili dog sauce that I have tried. I found it a little sweet (as a lot of the reviewers stated) and had to tweak it. I think it is due to using ketchup as it has a lot of sugar. I added an additional teaspoon of chili powder, three dashes of Worcestershire sauce, a 1/4 teaspoon of red chili flakes and approximately 1 teaspoon of hot sauce. The weird thing was that I couldn't taste it much once on a bun with a BBQ wiener. Is it my taste buds? In the pan, it was tasty :D

    I made this last year for Thanksgiving, my very first bird...it was absolutely amazing and made me look super impressive! I am making it again this year too. My husband said I had too, LOL! I found this recipe on the Food Network in 2007. The key to my turkey last year, however, was I Brined it with Recipe#13961 and finished it using this recipe and even made Caramelized Onion and Cornbread Stuffing as a Dressing, which goes along with this Turkey. Another Tyler Florence ULTIMATE! Note: Cooking time does not include the step of Brining it the night before if you choose to do so. Enjoy!

    I saw this on an episode of Tyler's Ultimate. Definitely a twist on mashed potatoes - you boil the potatoes in milk/cream instead of water, then use the liquid when mashing. Curious to see if this would work with buttermilk to save some calories. Can't wait to try it!
