For herbal chai, replace the Darjeeling with 1 tsp. each of chamomile, fennel seed and peppermint.

I found this recipe on another site and modified it slightly.These babies are rich and extremely chocolaty. They almost brownie like chewy, dense and fudgy, with a wrinkled appearance. Whatever you do, don't over bake them and use good quality chocolate and cocoa. I use Lindt 70% cocoa bittersweet chocolate. This is roast chicken and potatoes at it’s most wonderful! The flavours of lemon and garlic bring out the very best of the flavour of the chicken without overpowering it. Simple really is best sometimes….
