These are so elegant and easy to make. Amazing flavor! I use jarred Roasted Red Peppers, but you can make your own if you wish. If you are not a fan of Chevre (Soft Goat Cheese) then use Boursin or Cream Cheese to substitute. Enjoy!
Yum! Always a hit at parties!
This recipe makes a lot, enough to fill a 9X13 dish. You may wish to cut the recipe in half for smaller gatherings (but I don't recommend it - this stuff goes fast!)
Serve with tortilla chips or crackers.
An amazing layer dip. A few more toppings than your typical seven layers.
This truly is the best layer dip I've ever had and possibly the best one you'll ever have too!
(You may want to double this recipe for larger crowds)
This is such a fantastic spin on traditional hummus. Try to make this several hours in advance if possible, the flavors will be much brighter and the currents will soften. Serve this with tortilla chips or pita bread. Add more garlic if you wish - Enjoy!
Say "Goodbye" to Red Pepper Jelly!
This is a wonderful Jelly to spread on crackers with cream cheese... just as you would Red Pepper Jelly. Also wonderful when paired with cheeses (Brie and Cheddar are both good picks).
This is a crowd pleaser!
Toasted Baguette Slices topped with Cream Cheese, Roasted Red Peppers, Parmesan Cheese and a Lemon twist... Yum!
I use jarred Roasted Red Peppers that are already seeded and peeled, but you can make your own.
