Delicious & Impressive Appetizer! The recipe calls for a Smoked Gouda; but you can substitute ant semi-firm, easy melting cheese (Mozzarella, Cheddar, Swiss)
You can make these ahead of time and freeze them before baking. Do not thaw before baking...just bake for 25 minutes.

I use jarred Roasted Red Peppers that are already seeded and peeled, but you can make your own.
This is such a fantastic spin on traditional hummus. Try to make this several hours in advance if possible, the flavors will be much brighter and the currents will soften. Serve this with tortilla chips or pita bread. Add more garlic if you wish - Enjoy!
