I found this recipe in Woman's World magazine. When I made this recipe I've baked my sausages for 30 minutes at 350 in a 1"-inch of water. During baking I've cooked my peppers, onions added the garlic for the last 5 minutes. After peppers and onions are tender I added my sliced sausages to brown them. I boiled my Pierogies for 15 minutes. I have added my pierogies to my sausage mix or I just top the pierogies with the sausage mix as serving. I skipped the mozzarella.

    Recipe #380583

This spice cake is a delicious healthy remake of classic pumpkin bars. We love it for breakfast. This recipe came from Coconut Recipes. When I made this recipe I used regular White Granulated Sugar, Applesauce in place of the coconut oil, Greek Yogurt, All Purpose White Flour, and left out the Nuts. I made these changes based on what I had on hand. The batter smells wonderful. I did have to add on another 10 minutes to baking. After baking I covered the cake with plastic wrap over night. The next day I drizzled a glaze over top and had a piece. The texture was like a firm pumpkin pie. Very yummy!

    Recipe #491193

This recipe I got from a little girl I help provide child care for. These are a heavenly little snack. Note: I've tried using vegetable oil and this made these taste awful, so Do Not Substitute vegetable oil for the Orville Redenbacker Butter Poopcorn Oil!

    Recipe #478957

My family enjoyed this salad. This was a nice tasting salad. Diabetic Exchanges: 1/2 cup fruit and vegetables. The recipe came from Wegman's.

    Recipe #480245

Dr. Travis Stork's said it's ok to have a glass of wine with this meal. If I recall he may have suggeted red. I found this recipe on the Rachael Ray Show. The recipe came from Dr. Travis Stork's. Made this for my families dinner! My hubby loved this, my newphew and I liked it. When I made this I opted to used store prepared Pesto, so I added minced garlic to my veggies. For the pasta I used Wegman's whole grain pasta, I used fresh snap peas in place of the asparagus. I used the spinach and opted to add the cooked chicken. I did add alot of shredded Parmesan cheese maybe 5oz or less. Plus I did add some Sea Salt for flavor.

    Recipe #477958

My hubby loves stew. He especially likes the carrots and potatoes in the stew. Even though this is Low Carb I did add 4 potatoes and 4 carrots. I only had 2 pounds of stew beef which was plenty with our veggies. This came from Low Carb, Slow Cooker Recipes.

    Recipe #473128

Serve with mashed potatoes. This came from Easy Home Cooked Recipes. I have not tried this, just posting for safe keeping.

    Recipe #473577

This came from The Best Of The Best 500 Fast & Fabulous Five Star 5 Ingredient Recipes. My family liked this recipe. When we made this we decided add about 1 cup of cheese to the meat/soup mixture as it just seemed to bland. Also we choose to add salt and pepper.

    Recipe #474809

When I made this recipe I cut the recipe in half to make enough for 4 chicken breasts for wraps. I made a few more minor changes to the recipe. I didn't use grated lemon rind as I was out of lemons. I cut way back on the oregano and dry mustard. Next time I will cut way back on the cayenne as it was a bit on the spicy side! Also I didn't add any wet ingredients just used the dry. This recipe was posted here on Food.Com per my request! Thank you duonyte!

    Recipe #473559

Cubed chicken breast cooked in the slow cooker with a simple, creamy sauce mixture. Serve over hot cooked rice, if desired. I found this recipe on All Recipes. A parent had told me about this recipe and I thought it sounded so good I wanted to try it! My hubby and I loved it, while my picky 9 year old newphew didn't. When I made this recipe I didn't cubed my chicken as I used frozen. I also cooked mine for 9 hours.

    Recipe #472815

Theres nothing like pancakes in the morning. I love pancakes but I can only eat a few. So I came up with this recipe when I had cottage cheese, bananas and strawberry yogurt to use up. To make this worth eating, so I get the right amount of protein in me for the morning I added a scoop of vanilla protein powder.

    Recipe #449593

This is how Wegmans makes their burgers. When we made these we used 1 pound each ground turkey and 95% lean ground beef. We served them on Arnold Select 100% Whole Wheat Sandwich Thins, with sliced beef steak tomatoes, sliced onions and ketchup.

    Recipe #451161

I came up with this recipe after combining several peanut butter ball recipes.

    Recipe #454264

Just like canned cat food. I made this for my kitty who has mouth cancer while he only licked it a bit cause his mouth hurts my other kitty ate it right up. When I made this recipe I cut it in half. I used frozen ground turkey, cooked the garlic with the turkey. I used canned carrots for time saving. I used ziti pasta as that's what I had on hand. I didn't use the oil as the turkey cooked up just fine without it. This recipe came from Best Cat Food Recipes cookbook.

    Recipe #463300

I found this recipe in Fix-It and Forget-It Recipes for Entertaining. When I made this the cream of tartar seemed different so I used Cornstarch. This seemed so very thin so I mixed up a little cornstarch and water. I then cooked this for 5 hours and it still seemed very thin so I mixed up bit more and this cooked for 4 more hours. Still was a bit thinned. My family thought this was ok, nothing special.

    Recipe #465611

This came from Obesity Help. This was a very easy recipe. I doubled the recipe without a problem. I did not add the water.

    Recipe #387591

This sweet and easy chili is sure to warm up the whole family on cooler fall nights. This came from Taste Of Home Simple & Delicious. When I made this chili I doubled the recipe with no problem. I used a combo of ground turkey and ground beef. I had already cooked meat on hand so I used dried minced onion. I thought this was a bit bland so I added alot more chili powder and alot of onion powder. Overall my family really liked this, even my picky 8 yr old newphew. I have not tried this just posting for safe keeping.

    Recipe #442707

I came up with this recipe after combining several mexican meatloaf recipes. My family loved this meatloaf.

    Recipe #448453

Shelly says These are very tender pancakes so smaller is better for flipping. They won't get any style points but they taste yummy. When I made these I thinned my batter out a bit with milk. I personally found these are so much more tender the next day while sitting in the fridge. I found this on Obesity Help. This recipe is from The World According To Egg Face.

    Recipe #448263

When I made these I did end up adding milk to thin the batter. I let the mixture sit while preparing a quiche to allow the oats to soften. Which resulted in adding more milk to thin the batter. I cooked these on my indoor grill 4 minutes on each side. I topped these pancakes with a mixture of greek yogurt and sugar free strawberry preserves. This came from Voskos Greek Yogurt.
